Are there costs associated with the migration?

There will be no cost to you to migrate to the new platform. Existing customers will be offered a free 3 month trial of Ai Text and Email upon migration which is a $2,250 value.

Do we have to migrate?

Yes, all customers will need to eventually migrate to the new platform as the current platform will be sunsetted in the future. A date for this sunset has not yet been established but we anticipate it being before the end of 2024.

Can we simply migrate our agents over so all the work we do is not lost?

Yes, when migrations are ready to begin we will be able to migrate your current agents over to the new platform.

We were using GHL already and like the data being in there. Does SalesAi still work with GHL?

Go High Level (GHL) will not be mandatory moving forward with our new platform; but for organizations that want to continue to use GHL as their CRM tool the new platform will be able to integrate through Webhooks.

Can we still use and have access to the GHL that was provided?

Yes, you will still be able to have access to Go High Level (GHL) after a migration to a new platform.

If we move over to SalesAi, can we just use text and email and drop Voice?

Yes, you can choose to just use the new platform for text and email only.
